Mark your time off as “free”. In the calendar, on the view tab, select calendar settings.
You can change an appointment, meeting, or event that you created to update your outlook calendar and to let other people know about schedule changes.
To change your work hours, in the start time and end time lists, click the start time and end.
Select settings > view all outlook settings > calendar.
Once your leave is approved, click on the add to calendar button.
